Barcelona, July 1, 2022 – The Catalonia Automotive Industry Cluster, CIAC, awarded the Industrial Productivity prize in the Productivity category. This award is linked to the work and effort carried out by the company in recent years, especially in 2021, with the emerging DROP Project.

The award was received by Ricardo Ortego, CEO of the company, and Ricard del Alcázar, Director of Projects and Strategy, in the presence of about 300 representatives from suppliers, manufacturers, and companies in the automotive sector at the CIAC annual meeting.

The words of ROR OL CEO “Thanks to the work of each and every person in the company, all of this has been possible. Without them, nothing would have been possible, and without them, nothing that is yet to come” expressed gratitude and the importance of the people in the company and their efforts towards innovation, growth, and evolution within the sector. Ricard del Alcázar echoed this sentiment during the subsequent cocktail, emphasizing the Digital Twin DROP: “What we are doing is for the people of the company, and we do it with them, but even though we innovate with our Digital Twin, all of this is truly possible thanks to a person like Ricardo Ortego, who allows us and enables me to innovate in a sector (logistics and transport) that is very complicated for that. He is the great innovator for trusting, letting us do, and investing in it.”
