In accordance with the provisions of EU Regulation 2016/679 and Organic Law 3/2018 on the protection of personal data, the data provided by the user may be included in automated files, which will be processed exclusively for the purpose described, as specified in each form.

In the particular case of the contact form on this website, the data provided will only be used to contact the interested party and will not be passed on to third parties. Nor will advertising be sent unless the user expressly requests it.

The personal data will be treated with the appropriate degree of protection, taking the necessary security measures to avoid its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorised access by third parties. As the party responsible for the file, ROR OL undertakes to comply with its obligation of secrecy of personal data and its duty to store them, and will adopt the necessary measures to avoid their alteration, loss, unauthorised processing or access, taking into account the state of technology at all times.

Users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation of processing, opposition and portability, in compliance with the provisions of EU Regulation 2016/679 and Organic Law 3/2018, or for any query or personal comment in this regard, by sending a notification by post to the postal addresses indicated above, or by email to the address rgpd@ror-sl.com (attaching a scanned copy of your passport or other legally recognised identification document). The origin of the data will be the data subject, and the legitimacy for the processing of the same will be the consent of the data subject by ticking the acceptance box of this privacy policy.

Likewise, in compliance with article 21 of Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, ROR OL will not send advertising communications by electronic mail that have not been authorised or requested by users.
